Here at Open House King’s Lynn, we wanted to keep you all up to date as we face the current challenge caused by the Coronavirus. We wanted to ensure you that we are taking all the necessary steps to ensure we remain alert and adaptable to any situations we may face. All of us at Head Office team and King’s Lynn branch have the ability to work from home and are prepared for home-working being enforced immediately.

Due to recent announcements made by HM Government, and the WHO we are taking precautions to protect our staff, our suppliers and our clients from the spread of COVID-19.
Our representatives are practising social distancing, which means that we will not shake hands and will maintain a distance from clients at least 2 metres during appointments.
For those individuals considered at risk (or those concerned about the virus), we are able to offer video viewings for sales and lettings properties, and video consultations for those seeking valuations or advice about their own properties.
Our clients have been instructed to notify us immediately should they develop any symptoms so that we can take appropriate measures.
If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with anybody who does, please do not arrange a face to face appointment.
We continue to work closely with our key suppliers to understand and minimise any risks to service levels
